  2. Repentance is a turn from sin and self and a turn to God with a true sorrow for our sin.  It is essential to salvation.
  3. Baptism must be the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins. and through baptism, we apply the name of the One Who paid the price for our sins. There is salvation in no other Name
  4. The infilling of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in a heavenly language is the acceptance by God of us offering our life to Him.  His Spirit living within us changes us and helps us to please Him.
  5. Once we experience initial salvation, it is imperative that we strive to live a life that is overcoming the temptation to satisfy our desires and a life yielding to His desire for us.
  6. Embracing Christian principles of personal prayer, fasting, reading God’s Word, attending church regularly strengthen our relationship with God.
  7. We are His disciples, His hands, His feet, and we are to be reaching out to others to join us in our journey to heaven.
